Walker Rudisaile repeated as the pole vault champion with a height of 5.06m (16' 7.25") to put 10 points on the board for the Mids. The time is the eighth-best in Navy history. The 4x800m relay team of Greyson Gravitt, Carson Sloat, Ian Bartlett and Alex Rizzo scored eight points with a second-place finish at 7:28.30. Murphy Smith (30:28.59) placed fourth to add five points and Mitchell Rome (30:45.79) finished in sixth place to contribute three points. The junior crossed the finish line in 29:55.82 to score 10 points. Sam Keeny opened the meet with a victory and meet record in the 10,000m. Everyone needs to go out and execute what they've been working on with their event coaches, but also have fun and enjoy the meet. "The key for tomorrow is just going out and executing like we have all season. She has been a tremendous leader for us this season. She loves competing in multiple events to try and help the team in any way she can. She has been in the system for a few years and has trained hard.
